#Remotefirst and our newly established corporate apartments are designed to make visiting offices convenient, affordable, comfortable and fun. We are providing this home to you in the hope that you feel more comfortable, safe and above all happy to come and visit in our two locations and feel more connected to the Cloudbeds team.
Please note that you can reserve the pullout couch and bedroom separately. If you are not comfortable sharing the condo, please add both rooms to your reservation.
The apartments are free of charge to all Cloudbeds employees. If the apartment required a deep cleaning following the visit an $80 fee will be added.

HOUSE RULES
ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING
Absolutely no smoking inside the property. Any type of smoking inside the property is subject to an additional $500 deep cleaning fee.NO PARTIES OR GATHERINGS
Parties or gatherings are absolutely not permitted. Please respect the space, the neighbors, and guests at the neighboring properties, thank you. Please be courteous to the neighbors and keep noise levels low, especially between the hours of 10pm-10am.Shoes
Please kindly don’t wear shoes in carpeted areas.Furniture
Please don’t move furniture around the home to avoid damages to the floor. Also, always use placemats and cup mats to avoid leaving any stains.Accidental Damages
Please be careful. Treat this home as if it is your own and if for the off chance something breaks tell Management immediately. You are on the honor system.Kitchen
Please, always use place & cup mats. Upon check out clean all used utensils, plates, cups, etc. Please discard leftover food into the garbage disposal. The garbage disposal cannot accept the following items: artichokes, egg shells, fat or grease, potato skins, rice, banana skins, celery, onion skins, avocado seeds, corn husks
